Bring It Down: How to Control High Blood Pressure and Hypertension

How we got to this point!

I started writing this book in April while living in California wouldn’t stop raining. What better climate to write than one rainy day after the other?

Why Choose High Blood Pressure?

With this workbook, I went back to my roots in studying Human Nutrition, my fear of Hypertension. Hypertension runs in my family, and it causes a lot of complications. For instance, my mom had complications with her symptoms of hypertension caused angina, and a bulge in her coronary arteries. Seeing your parents struggling with health is one of the hardest brush with reality anyone will face up to that point their lifetime. It’s what made me go to graduate school to learn about how the human body responds to food.

How to Reduce High Blood Pressure

So, it’s long overdue that I write a workbook based on the very inspiration of what made me want to become a Nutrition Scientist, hypertension causes. That’s why I gathered up all my resources to put together this workbook on how to control high blood pressure!

It wasn’t enough that I would finish this book, write all about blood pressure, and then try to cram it down your throat. Knowing myself, I could go on for hundreds of pages about what is considered high blood pressure, but I know that you wouldn’t want that. Only I, and other healthcare professionals, would really want to read a literature review on how to lower blood pressure and nutrition care process. So, I condensed it. Massively!

I made it to where you can read this workbook in 30 minutes, and be able to use it as a resource for your own understanding and future learning on high blood pressure causes and hypertension care. I didn’t want this to be a book you picked up for the first few chapters and put down because it became some overwhelming and convoluted with information. So I broke it up for you, sectioned everything essential into work pages, and produced a user friendly guide on how to reduce high blood pressure , causes of hypertension, and hypertension treatment!

Bring It Down features a high blood pressure chart, a list of foods and remedies for high blood pressure treatment, as well as food and drug interactions with hypertension medications.

It took my most of April to write it and put it all together with the thanks of I seriously don’t know if I would have been able to finish a workbook I am so proud of without her 3 Day Create program.

You can download the book right here!

Take a look at it’s features and see if Bring It Down, The 30-Minute Guide to Lowering Your Blood Pressure is right for you.

Also, enjoy his Blood Pressure Monitoring Freebie I made while working on the book.
